You can learn anything.

Boxing. Trading. Music. Business. Disc Golf.

However, the difference between those who dream and those who achieve isn't talent.

It's desire and repetition.

When others head to the pub, the achiever studies their day or practices their drills..

When others switch on the TV, the achiever switches on their chart, starts their practice routine, or contemplates the notes from that day in their notebook.

A great example is Muhammad Ali. He didn't stop at the gym when training was over. He kept going. More rounds. More roadwork. More discipline. He said, "I don't count my sit-ups; I only start counting when it starts hurting because they're the only ones that count."

There's no shortcut.

Not a book. Not a course. Not a podcast.

Because no one canteach you anything.

They can guide you and point you in the right direction. Maybe inspire you.

But the real decision to achieve - the repetition, the sweat, the late nights, the early mornings - that's on you.

And that's what separates the 99% from the 1%.

This week's motivator

Be the one who shows up when it's easier to quit.

Who chooses discipline over comfort.

Who knows desire starts it, but repetition finishes it.

Prompt for the week

Where in your life do you need to trade comfort for repetition right now?
